Dear Commissioner Shaw: 

Per the statute, the PSC has until March 16th to vote on Georgia Power's proposal to expand our power grid to provide power to Data Centers and for AI. Instead of rushing to vote on December 19th, please use the time that the statute allows for reviewing Georgia Power’s proposal and VOTE ON MARCH 16TH. After all, this is the largest expansion of the power grid in Georgia history. Is it too much to ask that you all take the time that the statute allows? Finally, the public voted overwhelmingly to elect Peter Hubbard and Dr. Johnston onto the PSC. Please allow the newly elected commissioners, who represent the majority of Georgians, to have a seat at the table. Please don’t shut the public out. Do the right thing: Use the time allotted to you and work with these newly elected commissioners to find solutions that are best for Georgia. Please don’t vote before March 16th.
